mount for 1kg spool
if anyone wants a larger spool mount just leave a comment on the weight and size of the spool
Tested with up to .3 layer hight and .4 infil
.PRT file is added if you want to adjust to fit your frame perfectly, a digital caliper is reccomended. UGS NX 7.5 was used to design.
my laser cut pieces came all oversized and hardly fit togeather so my dimensions may be oversized or undersized depending on your particular frame.
the rod is 8mm but any rod will do.
a thickness of 15mm is reccomended to eliminate virtical rotation slippage, but works well down to 4mm.. infill can be as low as .2-.3 but thickness should really be around 15mm in that case.
total distance from rear of spool to rear of top frame is 18.5 cm
total distance from absolute rear of frame to rear of spool is 8.5 cm
will update in the future to eliminate stress maximums but current model works like a charm
