Summary

The Maritime Exchange Building is a 384ft (117m) tall skyscraper in New York City's Financial District at 80 Broad Street. The 36-story building was designed by Sloan & Roberston and completed in 1931. While not the most famous building in New York, its sharp vertical lines and dramatic setbacks make it a fantastic example of art deco architecture.
