Remixed: Added Hollow Front and Back and Inner LED Panel
Printed at 100% to fit the 3mm 3v LED lights I have, you may need to resize the with a drill to get them to fig just right. Printed on a Prusa i3 Mk2 with Yellow PLA by AIORobotics and White Hatchbox PLA at 210 degree extruder and 50 degree bed.
First print the inner LED panel and fit the LEDs into the panel. Then print the front and back empty halves with support. Finally, print the eyes with very low infill (3% is perfect). Solder all the short-leds on the LEDs together with black-wire and the long with red or white wire. I used a 100ohm resistor and an old usb cable to power the 3V LEDs with 5V. The 12 LEDs I have use about 20 mA each.
(Source Volts - LED Volts) / (Current / 1000) = Resistance
( 5v - 3v ) / ( 240mA / 1000mA ) = R
8.3ohms = R
So, you need at least an 8.3 ohm resistor for 12 3v LEDs at full brightness when powered by a 5v source that can provide at least 240mA, but all I had was a 100ohm resistor and didn't want it too bright, so that worked just fine with a 5v 600mA usb power source.
