A small assortment of GT2 (6mm wide) pulles i designed for a little project i make. I needed specific relations of a motor to a second axle and solved it with those sometimes a bit odd numbered pulleys.
They all have a hole for a NEMA17-Axle (D-Shape, 5mm / 4.5mm)
There are theeth # 21, 24, 26, 28, 31, 32, 35, 36, 40, 41, 44, 50, 53, 55, 80, 125, 192 and 200
If you want to mod your own #of teeth:
1: Calculate needed diameter @ https://www.omnicalculator.com/math/radius-of-a-circle
2mm per Teeth = Circumference in mm
2: Update Radius of the pulley
3: Update angle of Segment (360° / #ofTeeth = angle)
4: Update Radius of the flange (Radius of Pulley + 1mm)
5: Update # of teeth
All these settings are also marked in the comments of the object-Tree in FreeCad
