This is a simple "Merry Christmas" banner by Shook Design @ http://ShookIdeas.com.
All of the letters have holes near the top to thread a string through for hanging anywhere you want. In our house we placed it over the fireplace mantle. Very easy print with no supports, brim, raft or anything special.
