The Naked Blackmagic M4 screw holes are too wide, and the screw will loosen up after a while.
Modified for 2 versions, one by just tightening the hole, and one with wider 5.74mm diameter to allow M4 inserts.
UPDATE
I tested the designs and it works beautifully. To make it clear, the M4 inserts are M4 Press-in Brass Threaded Knurled inserts. Measure your nut before you print.
