This is a simplistic recreation of the Mangels Pony Cart ride at Mountain Park. The horse is a modification of a magnet by ridercz:

When you bring the base into your slicer, bring 8 copies of the horse along with it so you can size them properly to fit between the carts. Then glue the horses onto the base. The "kiddie ride base" ring is glued underneath the ride platform to lift it up off whatever surface it's mounted on.
