Scale to any size and be sure to activate spiral mode in your slicer software. For example, in Cura, select the "Spiralize Outer Contour" option.
The default size of the model is about 95mm tall with a print time of approximately 1 hour, 37 minutes at 40mm/sec with a -0.4mm nozzle and 0.4mm wall thickness, consuming about 64 grams of PLA filament.
