Hey everyone,
this is my version of a Mandalorian helmet.
It's already split for everyone who wants to print it in parts. A complete version is available as well.
I was able to print this without support, but you need to use adhesion. Otherwise the parts will fall. The lyer height depends on how much you want to grind afterwards.
I used 0.4 mm, so the printing process is a bit faster.
Unfortunately I didn't get any further then printing the stuff an glueing it together with 2k adhesive construction glue.
The helmet is full sized and designed to fill in foam for more comfort. I recommend scaling things down, if you don't want to do this.
