Summary

My goal with this thing was to create a complex mechanism that could be printed in it's entirety without requiring fasteners or hardware. This design is easy to print and the parts have beveled edges on them to eliminate the need for post-processing. This mechanism is extremely accurate and lifelike in it's motion profile. Super easy to assemble, just snap parts together. The frame halves can be secured together with a few small drops of superglue, simply put one drop in each "trough" formed by the bevels. Make sure to assemble with proper gear orientation as shown. Print one of each file except for the following list (print two of each):
