Created the bottom rod part of this staff using parts from a Gandalf staff (Bohrium) and added screw ends from a Mjolnir hammer (donkey-brains). I made middle parts of 2 different sizes (391mm and 231mm) to allow printing on large or small printers. I printed the 391mm middle pieces on my CR10 Smart Pro to minimize connections. You need 1x bottom piece and 2x the middle 391mm piece for a large printer (or 3-4x 231mm piece for smaller printers depending on the staff length you want). All other parts you only need 1 each. I included a 7mm cylindrical gap in the middle of all the rod pieces to insert a 0.25" metal rod to make it more sturdy.
I extended the switch holder so that a battery holder for 2x AA batteries can be inserted. I created a washer that holds the push button switch in place (switch ordered from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0C2GHK948?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title). I included a picture of my wiring with 2x AA (3V total) batteries, 3 x 3V LEDs, and the switch.
I printed the globe with glow in the dark PLA so it still stays lit even with the light off: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07GQTFLSY/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1. I printed the diffuser in green, but you can print the color you prefer.
I finished everything with gold acrylic to look similar to the Disney animated Maleficent. I used #4 x 3/4" screws to attach the globe holder to the switch/battery holder piece and hot glued the globe to the holder.
Printed 2 different ravens to balance on top of the globe after shaping the feet with a heat gun:
