Summary

I made a trolley for my MakPacs with an easy locking system that attaches to the Makita locking system.

To assemble the side latches, set part 1 on top of part 2 and carefully push them together until they snap into place. To attach the paracord loops, thread the paracord through the 2 holes, knot the ends together and use some glue or tape to fixate the knot in the cutout.

Optional features:

If you want to make TPU sleeves for the paracord loops, print about 85% of the sleeves, push pause, insert the paracord and then finish the print. This way you do not have do fiddle the paracord through the sleeves.

If you use pan head screws, you do not need washers. If you want to use countersunk head screws, you can print TPU washers to evenly distribute the pressure on the PLA parts.

For the trolley you need:

1x 18mm plywood 33 x 47cm
4x heavy duty castor
14x screws 4x16mm
2x paracord 2mm (roughly 12cm long)

Printed parts:

2x front bracket
2x side latch (part 1 + part 2)

Optional printed parts:

2x TPU sleeve for the paracord loop
14x TPU washer for countersunk head screws (für Senkkopfschrauben)

Happy printing! 🙂
