This adapter is designed to slip onto the NanoHack 2.0 mask (https://copper3d.com/hackthepandemic/) and allow it to accept the different filtration systems and covers of the Makers Modular Mask System. You may be able to just slide it on or you may want to add some glue to hold it in place.
