Summary

This is a fully 3D printable wallet, a remix of the amazing Maker Wallet of Agustin "Flowalistik" Arroyo. I modified the lid and the coin pocket for more comfortable use.

Download the STL to start printing or the STEP file if you want to customize or remix the design.

Modified lid for better grip
Added a slope in the pocket for easy removal of coins/cash

Making tips

Use a 0.4mm nozzle
Print settings: 3 perimeters and 0.2mm layer height
Loose lock mechanism? Play with the slicer’s tolerances settings to fix it
Adhesives are not required, but you can add some glue where the lid and lever connect for increased rigidity
If the fit is too tight, a little sanding might help

Assembly instructions

Print all the 4 MW files
Insert the lever at the bottom of the body
Slide the cash_pocket in the body
Insert the lid in the body: the lid pin should enter the lever hole

The “Don't panic” patch is available at: https://www.printables.com/it/model/467678-dont-panic-patch. It was glued with super glue.
