Used game footage to size the blade which is why it's so long
3 parts: sheath, handle and blade. Handle/blade has a peg to attach and holes that fit 2 3mmx100mm rods (I have brass ones from Amazon).
The sheath walls are quite thin in order to not scratch up the blade, it closes and stays shut but isn't really tight. If you're worried about it scratching the paint make sure you sand down the inside opening a bit.
Short version is uploaded, the handle is different because the positions of the pins & peg moved.
Sizing:
Regular sized blade: handle 125mm, blade 278mm
Short blade: handle 125mm, blade 209mm
Art:
Cherry blossom art: painted over an export of the texture from Yakuza 0. Print on waterslide decal paper or similar. Print 1 copy of each mirrored.
Handle art: 60mm tall, sheath art: 132mm tall
