The file 'Magsafe Tray For Cupra Born (updated, V16) 3D Printer Model' is (stl,f3d) file type, size is 595.1KB.
My take on putting Magsafe into the stock passive phone cradle, without tracing shapes from the original parts, in a fool-proof print. The stops at the bottom match an iPhone Pro. iPhone Max may need a print without stops and accept the risk of getting lost in the bin under the armrest every once in a while. Commented Fusion 360 file included.
The magsafe charger does intentionally not press-fit but is taped into the recess using UHU UH45375.
The complete tray is taped onto the rubbery plate using UHU UH45375.
Pictured tray is printed in Formfutura ApolloX ASA, high infill, no brim, with the inlay in Creality CR-Silk PLA, horizontal expansion reduced by -0.2 mm in the slicer, epoxied using UHU UH45705.
Note: v16 adds boreholes for reinforcing the stops using M3x16 self-tapping screws.
