My dog decided that my Macbook Magsafe charger looked like a pretty good $100 snack, so she chewed the magnet bit off of it. Rather than spending the money for a new one, I decided to buy a replacement cable on Amazon for $7. Didn't want to bother with all Apple's glue and risk not being able to put it back together well, so I whipped up this box that holds onto the cable wrap hinges that I never use anyways.
Here's a link to the replacement Magsafe cable I bought on Amazon:

The holes I put in it are for a M5 20mm(ish) or longer bolt, but I included the blender files before and after the boolean cuts so you can easily modify it. I also want to note that this is the charger from a 13" 2010 Macbook Pro. I have no idea if they have different Magsafe chargers. Here are some measurements so you can easily make sure yours is the right size:
Charger block: 74.2mm x 74.2mm x 28.3mm
Space inside hooks: 38.4mm
Hook: 4.5mm x 14.2mm
