Summary

I liked the idea of the spacer that another designer had made as I was struggling to make an adequate and secure venting enclosure. I thought I'd take some time to make a similar but different approach to using duct pipes with magnets.
The model has several variations and is purposely build to slot into the already designed venting spacer for the Anycubic Mono M5S shell

The purpose for this is to adapt the rectangle gap and utilise a 100mm ducting pipe which can snap on and and snap of using magnets (10mm D x 2mm H).

-One set requires a TPU or Normal spool Gasket
-Another set should have enough clearance to have no gasket
-multiple gasket thicknesses (0.8mm, 1mm, 1.2mm, 1.4mm) for varied magnet clearance and receiving inset depths - despite using parametric sizes the magnet insets are not strictly to design depth. That may be a fault on my end when printing.

I have printed the Gasket version with (none TPU) gasket for my personal use and I am yet to use it but in theory should perform well at adequately removing fumes using a fan.
I use an actual duct venting fan so I would require additional prints of the DUCT END.
There is the potential to over vent depending on fan speed so this will need to be titrated so it doesn't affect the print but removes fumes.

I printed at 0.2mm with PETG on the Qidi Q1 Pro.
Supported will be needed for the large duct adaptation.
I have used super glue to fix the square piece into the Spacer.

If I get time I may tidy the main duct up and alter its shape/clearance but for now it works as a functional prototype.
The magnets are fairly strong when attaching them so I may also reduce the amount needed. to 3 or 4. Its easy to snap off those just by slide and moving away.
