I have an Alpaka Go Sling crossbody bag and it comes with a huge heavy padded strap. I wanted to be able to put a plain strap on it instead, so I designed this buckle so I could use plain 1-inch flat webbing for the strap instead.
Print with 0.1mm quality, 99% infill with no brim or supports. Exploded view STL shows how it fits together. Use CA glue to assemble (you're on your own to watch your fingers, unfortunately it's hard to position without squeezing it with your fingers on the gaps!) and also weld the joins with a soldering iron for added strength.
