The file 'Magic Wand (top) 3D Printer Model' is (123dx,stl) file type, size is 2.6MB.
My son (yes, he's into things like that) broke his store bought magic wand, so I made him another.
it's about 100mm wide at 100%. I don't recomend printing smaller than that, plus the shaft won't fit in the receptacle....
it's two halves, mirrored, of the same part, that you glue back to back. I printed in PLA, glued with crazy glue. that way you get the diamond shapes on both halves (printing all in one would result in a flat side and a nice side).
print takes about 45 mins or so and 3.5 meters of materials. I'd recommend printing at no more than .15mm layers, because of all the small details, it looks notchy like I did, at .25mm
For the shaft, I made the hole 1/4 or 6mm, so that you can put a stick that size in it (I got myself a bunch of wooden dowels just like that at the dollar store).
