This is a Magic the Gathering version of the Yu-Gi-Oh card holder I designed.

You need to print two of the holders and slide them together, then insert in one of the bases.
EDIT: 06/24/19: I added a pdf drawing if you'd like to design your own custom base. I also added a Store Champ piece based loosely on a request... it may change.
