Saw a Commander Deck box posted to http://www.reddit.com/r/3DPrinting, but the original user deleted the post.
Thus I took it upon myself to recreate it from scratch and adding in some neat things while I was at it.
This is a deck holder for Magic: The Gathering, specifically for the Commander Format.
Features:
Magnetically held together with 8x 5x3mm neodymium magnets.

(small side note, you can also use 6x3mm magnets for a more snug fit)
Versions of each lid and bottom for each of the mana types.
These can be mixed and matched depending on the mana at use in the deck.
There is a slot in the front of the box that the commander can be placed in.
(Commander Card must be double sleeved to fit in slot properly)
Planeswalker logo on all lids
Blank version of lid and bottom added if you want to add your own symbols.

Changelog:
Increased width of card slot to enable easier insertion of deck when they aren't perfectly aligned
Changed orientation of the cutouts for your fingers to grab the cards; much more comfortable to grab them front-to-back
Increased top wall in Commander card slot so there wasn't such a large gap on top of the card
