This is a replacement magazine insert for a Sig Sauer P320/P250 compact or full size magazine. Verified with 9mm and .40 S&W compact magazines, and I believe the .45 ACP compact magazine inserts are the same.
This also appears to be the same insert for some P229 magazines.
Be careful to not break off the tabs when connecting it to the magazine spring.
