I made this TPU case to hold some spare AA batteries for travel purposes to take up the least amount of space. Covers the terminals to prevent un wanted contact with other metal. Just simply pull on and off the lid. If the fit is too tight or loose, just scale very slightly like maybe 1% or .5% and it should do the trick.
I used Sain Smart TPU for this and didn't have to scale it.
