It may work for you if you have a phone that meets or stays within these dimensions.
I added a channel inside where the phone rests to prevent the side buttons from being pressed accidentally.

You shouldn't need supports if printed on its side with the open end facing up. (See image)
I'm working on an updated version in multiple parts to allow different-size phones to be easily worked into the design, options for multicolor prints, and maybe some other TBD features.
