After more than 20 years, the window shutters center closure broke. The handle fell apart. We had another one which was not completely broken (in the back of the picture).
I did some research to verify the brand. It is ‘Maco’ (maco.eu) because there are similar designs and the other parts of the window shutters we have mounted are as well from ‘Maco’.
Because I couldn't find spare parts, this system is might not produced anymore. But drilling new holes into the aluminium shutters for a new system was no option - I had to copy it.
I extended the outside diameter next to the screw of the flat part to increase strength. For better printability and strength I omitted the countersinking of one side.
I used PETG-CF as material.
How to mount: Click the handle into the flat part. Screw it onto the shutter. Screw the opposite onto the other shutter. Done!
