This thing was inspired by a video from Adam Savage where he challenged himself to machine as large a Nut and Bolt set as he could and suggested it was a good thing to add to a maker's portfolio. I thought it would also be a good test for my threaded rod library.
So, these were designed to the ISO 4190 Standard. M64 was the largest size I could find the dimensions for both the nut and bolt. (I found a chart with dimensions up to M100 for nuts, but not for bolts).
This thing makes use of my threaded rod and bevel libraries. The bevels are optional, but the will make removal from print plates easier, and they will add a nice finished look. The threaded rod library is not optional.
NOTE: This thing is for demonstration purposes only, and should not be used in any structural or load bearing capacity.
