That thing has been creatad as a housing capable to hold at least one addon unit.
The DinMeter fits in the housing and could by fixed by inserting two locks.
Hint: Only install the locks if your are sure that you never need to disassemble the thing.
There are three versions available:
The make has been created by using the tight fit version without additonal space.
