The file 'LUKE Christmas Ornament 3D Printer Model' is (FCStd,FCStd1,stl,pdf) file type, size is 1.3MB.
Guess who I made this for? When it was designed is also quite obvious. I have included the FreeCad file should you want to change the name or date on the ornament.
I wanted an ornament that said LUKE and I also wanted to learn a bit of Freecad, so I jumped right in. I had the software loaded and knew how to make a cube. I watched tutorials on how to copy and move parts around, more googling of how to map shapestring to a face, and how to extrude text finished up the ornament. A torus embedded in the ornament hade a nice hanger point.
If you are modifying it for yourself, the shape strings used were windows comicbd true type fonts but you could change that to whatever is available or desired.
If you do create a make please post it so I can see it and maybe learn something new from checking it out.
