AR10 Magwell Wall Mount
Most sturdy magwell mount 3D file out there... I know.. I tested it for 6 months before posting!!
Print on side for layer direction. Either side is ok, as long as its on its side for printing, so when finished the print layer lines run up and down adding to the Ridge
ity, not side to side. If you print this in an upright direction the layers will allow part to break under loads iE... you rifle falls to the floor!
I have tested this with a polymer 80 lower frame and an aluminum frame receivers and fits great. Mag lock/release function, and has center hole for cable lock.
, 25% or more infill on 45deg. 4 layer top and bottom walls, 3 layer side walls.
Ensure print head temps are high enough for the layers to penetrate each other.
I was asked here locally what my typical print settings are.
Here is my response:
Open air printing
Printers = Ender 5 x2 - Ender 5 plus x1
All of my prints are designed and printed with PLA+ or PLA Silk
Print Head temps are always set at 225 Degrees
Glass bed temps are always at 86 degrees
NO Cooling Fans are ever used by me....Ever!
I can achieve useable durable prints with excellent layer adhesions, and the temps are the reason.
