This is a Low Profile Fastar Secondary Mirror Knob that allow you to put a flat fielder on top of your front cell. The original knob was too long and the screw was exceeding the front cell ring, making impossible to put anything flat on the tube. This little knob do the trick and you can re-use the original screw to fasten it.
V2 has a chamfer to allow a better grip. The choice is yours.
