I didn't want to glue it or use a zipties, so I picked an opportunity to use additional screw.
Like in the original: just mirror the part for a second half of the axle.
Printed with 6 walls and 100% infill with Rosa3D Carbon Look PETG
Installed countersunk fill is not mandatory
Additional screw: M3x20 countersunk (approx 24mm would be ideal)
If you have a flat one use additional countersunk fill (lazy modelling here, had to remove a layer or two)
