Both the front and end caps are designed with hollow sections that need to be printed with supports. 30% infill, 15-20% supports. 30% or more infill with the main casing to avoid layer separation. 100% infill on the sheath and rotors. A 5/16ths steel rod fits down the sheath, standard skateboard ball bearings can be pressed into the holes with a vise. I designed the exhaust cap to have a .177bb glued into the divot to act as a rest for the axle.
