I liked this knife design, but the original knife blade was way too loose.
I remixed this with several improvements.I also designed some new blades to use for educating my local Beaver and Cub scouts in proper knife use. These blunt blades are also slightly easier to print.
To make this knife, print:
1x Frame.stl
1x Pin.stl
You will need to print two copies of the blade of your choice. One copy of the blade will have to be mirrored and then glued together. You can do this in your slicer program.
Once the blade is glued, you can insert the blade, as shown in the photos, and thread in the pin (from the side opposite of the lock).
