A friend of mine wanted to roleplay a Locathah Samurai for dnd.
This is the model I worked out via a remix of Zenphyre's locathah, and BriteMinis Samurai model.
Sorta leaned in on body position and used the sword of BriteMinis, while working from the base head and tail of Zenphyre's model. I also use the elbow fins found in that model.
My friend had a reference illustration that I adjusted the catfish head and build more closely too.
I've given it a print, and it turned out great. Much love and appreciation to the modellers for putting out these great models to print and use in tabletop games.
Mesh is repaired, Manifold, and retopologized into quads via Blender and Netfabb. Basically will load and print in Chitubox, Cura, or LycheeSlicer without issue. I recommend auto supports. and rotating 30 or 45 degrees on the back of the model when printing.
We have a version with one of my hollow bases, and one without. Enjoy!
