The file 'Little Bathtub Tug Boat + Hex Nut Weights 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 17.7MB.
Based on the wonderful tugboat by vandragon_de, I wanted to save on filament and have more control over the weight distribution to make sure the boat doesn't capsize in the rough waters of the Bathtubbian Sea.
So I designed this version, which can hold up to three M10 hex nuts down in it's belly, so most of the weight stays under water. To print this, you will have to insert command for pause or filament change via slicing software or trigger such an event by hand while printing. The height for that should be 10.40mm!
There are two versions, because I learned that there are different types of hex nuts:
M10 [ISO] hex nuts... have spanner size 16mm
M10 [DIN] hex nuts... have spanner size 17mm
Please make sure to use the correct file for what you have.
I recommend no more than 10% infill for the rest of the model, otherwise it will become too heavy!
By the way, I also filled the gap under the barrel, because it caused unnecessary bridging.
