This is my take on the Lithophane lamp/Gift box. It has been designed to take flat 100 x 100mm Lithophane panels all round. I have also included a solid top panel.
I used http://3dp.rocks/lithophane/ to create 3mm thick Lithophanes. Under settings, Image settings I added a 3mm border.

The base includes a cable lock to keep the cable from pulling out.
Use 2 M3 x 16mm to secure the cable lock.
The cable is 6mm OD. The switch is a 2 pole switch with a cutout dimension of 13 x 19mm.
