I designed this in tinkercad for lithophanes, i haven't printed it yet but don't forsee any problems with it.

EDIT: Added a tweaked design different diameter hole for electric tealight, also moved supports out to edges widened them and made sure they were connected back and front as the inside part of pillars added little support. Also made the channels 2.5mm to allow for printer variance.
