I printed all 4 lithophanes at once instead of the traditional way of printing 4 seperate panes. I used the 3drock website to import and create 4 seperate lithophanes (124mm x 150mm) and then imported all four into Cura and oriented them into the shape of a box to create 1 gcode for all four pictures.
I used a USB powered LED light strip I bought from Walmart for 5 dollars and just wound it around the center pillar as seen in the pics, it's a very cheap and easy way to light it up. For the legs and top knob I bought cabinet knobs from Hobby Lobby for relatively cheap and it allows you to customize the box a bit more.
This is a pretty straight forward and simple design, but works quite well. I just used super glue to hold the tube in the slot on the bottom and hot glue for everything else. I included 1 STL lithophane just to give an idea of how I sized it with 3drocks.
