Here's a very easy to do lithium betteries charger, which can be fixed just under youre desk for a very simple and efficient use.
You only have to buy the charging electronic cards and link them to the batteries.
I've bought these ones, very cheap and works perfectly :
(only link "B+" and "B-" ports with the + and - of the battery you want to charge, and "In+" and "In-" with a 5v source of current)
