This is one of a series of "Altoys", toys and games that fit into an Altoid tin I developed with my 9-year-old daughter. The object of the game is to have the most frogs on lily pads. The smaller one is worth double.
Bend a standard paper clip into launching shape, then attack our flick cover. You might have to fiddle with it to get the right launching angle and speed.
Then, grab a frog and flick away, trying to land on a lily pad. Be warned, this game needs a gentle touch. Those frogs really like to fly.
Don't go doing anything silly like playing with a young kid as all these parts are small and potential choking hazards.
This project is one of many "untrashables" - a collaboration with my 9-year-old daughter. We take a piece of household trash and, using 3D printed pieces, come up with something fun and/or useful. For more information on untrashables click here
