This is a Light Saber Stand modeled after the ones Disney sells in Galaxy's Edge at Dok-Ondars Shop (And Savis Workshop)
No idea, I don't have a light saber yet, and I've never seen a stand in person. This is just an approximation based on screenshots.
I haven't tried 3d printing this. It has 0.2mm tolerances so it will most likely work.
