Summary

Basically a custom accessory that attaches to the top of some Disney/Hasbro Forge lightsabers, such as this one: https://www.halloweencostumes.ca/star-wars-forge-luke-skywalker-electronic-toy-lightsaber.html?mpid=277037 and replaces the existing top hilt piece (Disney/Hasbro Forge lightsabers are modular). It doesn't have the screw mechanism, but it should still work by sliding it onto the lightsaber and clicking the spring-loaded button on the lightsaber into small hole on the custom part. I'd recommend setting it to at least 20% infill, otherwise the top part could break easily. Also, I'd highly encourage to set the support pattern to zig-zag on Ultimaker Cura (or the equivalent on another slicer), and set the support infill SEPARATE to the infill of the piece, such as 9% infill, that way they're really easy to remove and don't damage the connector hole on the model. I've named the file "HiltMod_V1"

Post your makes and comment; and I'll try to address any issues without too much delay. Thanks!

Edit: It turns out that the corkscrew designs on the part cause a lot of issues when printing, so I've changed the design to be easier to print. This file is called "HiltMod_V2"

Second Edit: It looks like for some printers, the part might come out just slightly to small to fit over the blade, so I've increased the size of it a little bit. You might still have to do a little sanding depending on your printer tolerance and your lightsaber. I've also made the connector hole larger to prevent the spring-loaded button on the lightsaber from getting stuck. This file is called "HiltMod_V3"

Third Edit: Looks like the part is STILL too small for the majority of the lightsabers, so I've (again) increased the diameter a bit. Also, the spikes at the top tended to break frustratingly easily, so I've added a ring on it to help support it, which should reduce its fragility.
