This is a tweeter pod for the Lexus RX330 for surface mount 1 inch tweeters. These are adaptable to other vehicles. I can make angled mount disk to other angles. This is to aid with the aiming of the tweeter. They can also be surface mounted using 3M double sided tape if desired.

For the Lexus RX330 these will fit where the original tweeter goes, but the tweeter will be mounted on the outside of the panel. The screen that covers the OEM tweeter will have to be removed and the a piller interface part put in its place. To mount this use the a piller template to locate and drill holes into the a piller trim panel. The template has a small hole next to one of the mount holes. This side goes to the top.

The a piller interface and the template are for the passenger side of the vehicle. Mirror these in your slicer for the driver side. Also mirror the angled mount for the drivers side. Print two each of the pods and tweeter mounting rings.

HARDWARE: Suggest using a 4mm bolt and washers as needed to mount the speaker pod. Use small 3mm self tapping screws to mount the tweeter mount ring to the pod.

Recommend printing these with ASA filament.
