This is a jig for letter punches. It is designed to punch on a 1 3/4" OD, 1 1/8" ID washer, used in some 3d2a designs. One side of the inner ring is sized to fit these washers and the other side is flat to work with other surfaces. Painters tape is recommended.
The jig has three spacing settings to allow letter placement at default width, as well as 1/2, and 1/4 spacing, none of which should cause overlap.
The die set I designed it around had punch bodies that were 6mm wide, punching 3mm or 1/8" lettering. The square cutouts are 6.3mm.
No raft or brim and no supports unless you manage to print the inner ring on the wrong face. 2 walls and minimal infill.
