Wikipedia (GER) is quite sure, that the bicycle drawing is not from Leonardo da Vinci;
https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Angebliche_Fahrradzeichnung_Leonardo_da_Vincis
nevertheless I like it and I decided to design a 3D model in Fusion 360 - here is the result;
some details vary from the "original" to make them 3D-printable;
wheels, gears and pedals are moveable;
the "chain" is printed with flexible material (TPU) - you should print it first and hang it into the frame while printing, otherwise you will have to cut and glue it to join the assembly;
the rear gear is glued to the wheel with space inbetween; use a screw to guide it;
the pedals are also glued to the screw and nut;
happy printing!
