This is a PCIe bracket for a Lenovo M720q equipped with a Dell Intel Network Card I350-T4. Print with the flat side down (should be the default orientation when you import) and use supports for the raised sections of the bracket. I also added a countersunk flat head M2.5 screw to secure the right side of the bracket.
Highly recommended to print this bracket in PETG or ABS/ASA for temperature resistance. I printed mine in a PETG-CF filament and the texture matches the case quite well.
