It's an attempt to design a comforable replacement of original controller for legion go.
After disassembling it, I noticed that front faceplate can be changed separately (it has originally a sharp edge in the palm area).
Lenovo applies fillet ~2mm where spacing between PCB allows a fillet with radius 7,5mm which should theoretically spread the load on the hand. I am applying half fillet/chamfer to make it easier to print to not cause too much overhang like pure fillet would do.

Touchpad disassembly - very slowly soak edges with IPA and push out from the inside. To glue to new shell I have used LCD phone double-sided adhesive tape.
Mod is fully reversible. Print in face-down. Supports only for the right controller in the touchpad area. Additional protective ring to be printed front towards the bed - then just insert it from the front to the main part. Should hold w/o glue depending on the printer tolerances.

As this mod gets rid of the M2 button and FPS mode - optical sensor needs to be disconnected or tucked it in the empty space inside.
!!!!!! If you chose to disconnect optical sensor for the pad to work correctly and to NOT fall back in the FPS mode with sensor disconnected - you need to short/solder two solder pads on the PCB - one of the pictures shows it (Thanks user Nazh from discord for finding this). This will emulate the switch in position "off" and constant gamepad mode.
