Carry Case for LelePad. Plug and Go!

Notes:

• 1000% to print to correct size. 1005% to add some felt lining + wriggle room
• please scale to allow for PLA shrinkage.
• For v5.2 + v3.1 attach lid to hinges with super glue.
• For v7, the lid is a very tight friction fit, please sand to adjust to your preferences.
• customize or remix using blender file. non-commercial use only. Print for a friend is 100% the spirit of this! File is in metres + Textures are assigned so you can mess with colours.

• Durock T1 switches
• Ducky "Good In Blue" & Akko Macaw
• Mill-Max Hotswap Sockets (Currently lacking keys, due to being in the middle of soldering)

Printing:

• Recommended to print v7, as it is the completed version. Older version kept in case you want one.
• Standard Supports
• Orientation: Print as in the files (v7)
• recommended to print at Standard=0.2
• Fastest Speed on stock sv06 = 12h 30mins (lowest settings) & 18h 40mins (recommended settings)

Post Processing:

• attach felt or thin rubber around the edges with double-sided tape for a tight fit during transport.
• attach felt on the top to protect your keycaps
• Rubber feet or dip the bottom half in plastidip / rubber paint to make it sit still on the table.

• re-added a thin base, as carrying it was unwieldy.
• Improved friction fit, but forgot to check the tolerances. fits, but sand to your preference.
• made tabs shorter
• Uploaded v7 file….it’s not the best but please remix to your hearts content.

• added photos -> Filament change at around 90% to achieve same effect.
• hingeless version -> slot joining the lid and bottom currently a tight fit.
• Bottom removed so it sits lower, but a lip has been retained so it is still in the case.To Fix:
• smaller top lid to prevent movement in transit
• Lower edges of bottom half to better to use on the desk.

• Separated files for ease of printing, print 2 x hinges.

• USB-C access port made bigger, allowing for larger margin of error.
