I will update more in the future and fix mistakes but people were asking for the files now.
I based my helmet model off of the dimensions of this "Accurate LEGO Minifigure Head" but wanted to make alterations so it would fit appropriately and be easily removable. The inside is approximately 24cm in diameter.
There are two options here. The first option is to print full height face and back. The second option is to break up the face and back into two section. You'll just need to print the top twice.

I used two 8x3mm neodymium magnets in each hole but there is enough space for larger ones.

I plan to dye the white TPU yellow with Rit Synthetic dye. I have done this with other projects in the past with relatively good results.
